We also offer 0% APR Finance plan that can be arranged in store. You can split your payments over 6, 9,10 or 11 months at no extra cost to you. Subject to application and financial history. Over 18's and UK residents only.
Our delivery areas for our products vary.
Some of our suppliers offer Direct Home Delivery to our customers and unfortunately some do not. These items can then only be delivered locally by our own 2 man team.

If your order is being delivered via our store, we will call and arrange a suitable time to deliver your products. We will give you a curtesy call around an hour previous to the delivery.
If your order is being delivered directly from a supplier, they will use a trusted courier. The courier will contact you with a delivery date and time with regular updates.

If you have a damaged or faulty item, please contact us and we will send out the correct replacements and parts. We always do our upmost best to correct any problems that may happen during delivery.
If an item is damaged on delivery then please do not accept the product and it can be returned to the supplier.
If you are unhappy with your product, contact us and explain the issues. We do not accept returns 14 days after delivery.
Your items must be in its original packaging, unopened to return your product.
