Delivery and Shipping
We aim to provide a quick delivery service on all of our products, however each items delivery times vary. Please see the delivery information on your product for delivery details.

After placing your order with us, we contact our supplier who will deliver it direct to you. However, if you are located within or near Peterborough our delivery team will deliver your order personally.
Your delivery will be scheduled either by our supplier or us.
You will receive updates of your delivery and an estimated time of delivery to ensure you are in to accept delivery.

Returns and Refunds
In the unfortunate case of a damaged good or missing items, please contact us and we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered or replaced.
If your items are out of stock or discontinued then we will arrange collection of the product and issue a full refund if reported within 14 days.

All returns are to have the original packaging , so please ensure you check your product before discarding the packaging. Images of the packaging may also need to be provided.
