The dual motor allows you to find that perfect balance of comfort and support for you. Both the backrest and foot rest work independantly from one another with the added helpful lift out motion. 
The head adjustment allows you to tilt your head up whilst being fully supported when reclining back into your chair. 
The lumbar adjustment allows you to increase the cushion on the lower part of the backrest if you feel you need more support at the base of your spine.
